Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association are reporting, a Texas man has been arrested on charges of allegedly running an online hay scam.

After collecting funds via wire transfer, of an estimated $10,000, Steven Clues of Mineola failed to deliver the product to his buyers.

With many areas across the midwest suffering from decreasing hay supplies, this type of fraud is becoming increasingly more prevalent.

The allegations are still alleged and a court case in pending.
